What players need to know right now
Hold at least two cards. You may hold only one card when that one card is an Ace.
A pair of twos, threes, or any higher rank now qualifies for a payout.
Your XP is safely banked. Complete Gear Sort, Sliding Puzzle, or Paper Toss to claim the next level. The game becomes easier after unsuccessful rounds, and I Need More Help advances assistance immediately.

Gear Sort, Sliding Puzzle, and Paper Toss are now live
When your XP meter fills, complete one graphical Level-Up Challenge to claim the next level. Your XP stays banked until the challenge is finished.
- Backstage Gear Sort lets you drag equipment into the correct road cases using a mouse or touchscreen. Tap-an-item and tap-a-case controls are also available.
- Roadie Sliding Puzzle gives you a guaranteed-solvable shuffled stage picture to put back together.
- Trash the Bad Contract lets you aim and toss a balled-up contract into a trash can using touch-friendly power and direction controls.
- You may continue earning XP while a Level-Up Challenge is waiting. No earned XP is discarded.
- After unsuccessful rounds, the assigned game automatically becomes easier by adding time, reducing puzzle pieces, enlarging targets, and showing more guidance.
- The I Need More Help button immediately activates the next assistance level. The final No-Rocker-Left-Behind Mode removes the timer and provides maximum help so no player is permanently blocked.
- Completing the challenge awards the new level and its level-up benefits. Each pending challenge can only award its level once.

- The newest updates are listed first, with direct links to the affected game areas.
- Future player-facing changes can be added here without cluttering the rest of the site.
Daily quests, bands, World Tour, gear, and the community are connected
Star of Rock now has a larger repeatable progression loop instead of relying only on the main story quests.
- Players receive three rotating daily quests and three rotating weekly contracts.
- Completing the daily set earns a Daily Encore reward; completing the weekly set earns a Weekly Headliner reward.
- Consecutive daily completions build a streak, with a larger reward at seven days.
- Players can create or join bands, use a private band board, contribute to rehearsals, and enter weekly Battle of the Bands events.
- Fans now determine fan ranks, unlock larger World Tour venues, and trigger one-time milestone rewards.
- The Road Case shows owned gear, equipped items, rarity, and combined bonuses. Equipped gear can add bonus fans to successful gigs.
- The community feed now announces major gigs, gear purchases, milestones, encore rewards, and battle results. Players can react with horns, fire, guitar, or applause.
- Band lineup cards now show the correct Bud Jovi or Dee Jovi character portrait instead of a broken symbol.
Rock Poker is now five-card video poker with bigger payouts
Rock Poker no longer plays against a dealer hand. Your final five-card hand is paid according to the displayed paytable.
- Every pair wins, including pairs of twos through tens. Jacks or Better is not required.
- You must hold at least two cards before drawing replacements.
- The only one-card exception is an Ace: when you hold exactly one card, that card must be an Ace.
- Cards are now dealt one at a time with dealing animation and card sounds. Holding a card also plays a sound.
- The button and instructions change correctly between the initial deal and replacement draw.
Quest claims, activity time, and Roadie Naps were repaired
Several confusing messages and timing problems have been corrected.
- Daily and weekly rewards were already being saved when the quest showed CLAIMED, even if the old red server-error dialog appeared. The incorrect red dialog is now fixed.
- Claimed quest rewards cannot be awarded a second time.
- Site activity is recorded and displayed in Central Time using America/Chicago, including daylight-saving changes.
- Roadie Nap cooldowns now use the newest rest record and repair mismatched cooldown data automatically.
Mobile navigation and character presentation were improved
The site is easier to use on Android phones, iPads, and smaller screens.
- The mobile menu no longer covers the page content on Android devices.
- The player character portrait remains visible beside the name on mobile while the desktop layout stays unchanged.
- Male and female story personas use the Bud Jovi and Dee Jovi portraits throughout supported player areas.
- Game links remain hidden from the public menu until a player successfully logs in.
Action messages and Thunder Reels feel more like a real game
Important results now appear in timed dialogs, and the slot machine has a slower, more mechanical presentation.
- Positive and negative action results appear in a centered dialog that closes automatically after about 6.5 seconds.
- Successful actions use a brighter winning-bell sound, with mobile and iPad audio fallbacks.
- Thunder Reels now uses continuous reel-strip animation, slower spin timing, staggered reel stops, mechanical reel sounds, and a classic three-note win sound.
- Mobile slot controls were repaired for Safari, Chrome, Android phones, and iPads.
